The total amount of TPG is 10 billion. The dual combustion mechanism reduces production with consumption. When the consumption reaches 5 billion, the output is halved again. When the consumption reaches 2.5 billion, the output is halved again. By analogy, it not only ensures supply but also ensures a sufficient deflation mechanism.
